CANCELLING AND REFUNDING TICKETS ON OUR WEBSITE

You can refund your tickets online if your fare conditions permit it.

To check the fare conditions of your tickets, go to My Bookings and enter your PNR or Booking Number and your email address. You can also find the fare conditions on your confirmation email (sent to you at the time of booking).

The amount of refund payable is dependent on the fare conditions and will vary by carrier and ticket type. Please note if your tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, you will still be able to go through the process and cancel your tickets online, however there will be no refund payable.

Subject to fare conditions, you can refund your train ticket online until one hour before you travel. If you wish to refund your ticket less than 1 hour before you travel, please Contact us.

You can only refund tickets booked on the Voyages-sncf UK website and paid for in pounds sterling. If you booked your tickets through the app, mobile website, call centre or travel centre, please Contact us. If you booked via a tour operator or travel agent, you'll need to contact them for your refund.

Interrail passes and certain other products cannot be refunded online. Please Contact us for assistance.

Please note that credit card and postage fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

 

If you have a print at home ticket or an uncollected ticket on departure

Once you have checked your fare conditions, follow the instructions to process your refund.
The funds will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days. The refund will be automatically made to the payment card used at the time of booking. If you no longer have this card or it has expired, then please do not follow the online process but Contact us.
 

If you have tickets sent by post or a collected ticket on departure

Once you have checked your fare conditions, follow the instructions to apply for your refund. You will need to send us your unused tickets by guaranteed delivery, to:

Please include:

  • Your booking reference
  • Your original unused ticket(s)
  • Your full contact details (full name, address and phone number)

The funds will be credited to your account within 28 working days from the receipt of your unused tickets. The refund will be automatically made to the payment card used at the time of booking. If you no longer have this card or it has expired, then please do not follow the online process but contact us.

There will be an £8 admin fee charged per booking.

If you're eligible for a refund, here's what you need to do:

Uncollected Ticket on Departure or Print at Home tickets:

Contact us with your booking reference within the timescales specified on your confirmation email or invoice and we'll process this for you.


Collected Ticket on Departure:
 

Send your unused tickets or passes to us by guaranteed delivery to arrive within the timescales specified on your confirmation email or invoice (all fees & postage are non refundable).


Printed tickets and passes:
 

Send your unused tickets to us by guaranteed delivery to arrive within the timescales specified on your confirmation email or invoice (all fees & postage are non refundable).

Please note, an administration fee will apply for each booking you wish to refund.

If you booked your trip through a travel agent or tour operator, you'll need to contact them for your refund.
