Your TGV, TGV Brussels or INTERCITY train has been cancelled ?

You have two solutions:

  • Travel on any other train during the rail strike using your original stamped ticket. Your new journey must be made under similar conditions to your initial journey where seats are available (same journey and same class).

The fact that you are travelling with your original ticket without having exchanged it will not guarantee you a seat. If you wish to reserve a seat, you must exchange your ticket at the ticket office.

Your EUROSTAR train has been cancelled ?

  • You can exchange your ticket at the Eurostar ticket desk in the station.
  • In order to get a refund, please contact us on 0330 822 0333

You can also postpone your trip until a later time or depart on another train on the same day (subject to availability).

 

Your Lyria train has been cancelled ?

  • To exchange it, head to your nearest SNCF ticket office.
  • In order to get a refund, please contact us on 0330 822 0333

Your France-Italy TGV has been cancelled ?
