Print at Home tickets are available on a number of journeys (trains connecting UK to France, domestic and international trains in France, Belgium, Italy and Spain). These tickets help you save money on any postage costs and are delivered to your email minutes within completing your booking. These tickets can be booked on a short notice and there is no chance of tickets getting lost in the post. In addition to all these benefits, Print at Home tickets help save paper and are another way of going green.


When making a booking, just select the Print at Home option when you are asked for your preferred delivery method


Fill in the required information (this must match the passport of the passenger travelling) and your Print at Home ticket will be sent by email once your payment has been completed.


Do not forget to print your tickets on to A4 paper before arriving at the station. You may face an extra charge if you need to print your tickets there.


If you lose the printed tickets, you can print your tickets again.


If you haven’t received your Print at Home tickets by email, please check you spam or junk folders, in case your email provider has misfiled the email. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it for you.
